What started as July’s newsletter has now become August’s. It’s summer time what can I say. In July, I spent two weeks in West Michigan enjoying time with family and friends, so even though I mentally thought about writing the newsletter, it was forcing creativity at a time when I just needed to enjoy the wonderfulness of Michigan and the joy and simplicity of family and summer. So, with that said, this month’s message: Keep it simple.
Last month was terrific. I attended the Alex Stark, Creating Sacred Space workshop in Boulder, CO. Picture Boulder in May: green, blue skies, endless views of mountains. This trip was also graced with new teaching, inspirational colleagues and grounding energy.

We’ve all got them: addictions. We can try to pretend we don’t, but we do. Music happens to be one of mine. And, the way I get my fix is this website: http://www.swapacd.com/index.php?r_by=chariji44@yahoo.com. I have to warn you of the joy you’ll experience by trading out your old CD’s for new ones – at a mere fraction of the price!
