The other day during my yoga class, my teacher shared something that I thought was relevant to Feng Shui. She started our Anusara class by explaining about the 3 A’s: attitude, alignment, and action. While it’s easy to see how these relate to yoga, I also noticed their incredible significance to Feng Shui.
Do you feel like your environment may be out of alignment? Perhaps you need to boost your attitude or take action in some area of your life? Feng Shui starts by reviewing what is happening within the space, but to get real results, we must also incorporate taking action along with paying attention to our thoughts.
